Terms of Service
By using dollaryou.com, you agree to these terms. Last updated 2026-05-26.
1. What this service does (and doesn't)
Dollar You matches qualified consumers with partner debt-relief specialists. We are not a debt-relief provider, debt-settlement company, credit counselor, lender, attorney, financial advisor, or accountant. We do not provide debt-relief services ourselves; we connect you with companies that do. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+, a U.S. resident, and have at least $10,000 in unsecured debt to use our matching service. Our partners generally cannot help with: federal student loans, secured debt (mortgages, auto loans), tax debts, or debts under $10,000.
3. No guarantee of results
Our partners' published averages (such as "52% debt reduction" and "28 months to debt-free") are based on their reported outcomes for clients who completed a program in 2024-2025. Your results may differ substantially. Many factors affect outcomes including your specific creditors, debt types, ability to make program payments, willingness to complete the program, and state of residence. Not all enrolled clients complete the program.
4. Credit impact and other risks
Debt-relief programs may result in: reduced credit scores during enrollment, debt-collection lawsuits, tax liability on forgiven debt (typically reported via IRS Form 1099-C), and continued collection activity. Your partner provider must explain all program-specific risks before enrollment.
5. Fees
The Dollar You qualification form is free to use. Our partner providers charge fees for their debt-relief services, typically as a percentage of enrolled or settled debt. These fees are disclosed to you in writing before you enroll in any partner program. We earn a referral fee from partners when consumers we match enroll in their programs.
6. Communications consent
By submitting the form, you consent to be contacted by Dollar You and our matched partner(s) at the phone, email, and address you provided — including by autodialer, prerecorded message, and SMS — even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any service. Reply STOP to SMS to opt out; ask any caller to remove you from their list.
7. No warranty
The site and matching service are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or error-free. We don't warrant that any partner program will be available to you or that you'll achieve any particular outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dollar You's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, except small-claims-court actions in your home jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
