What we are

Dollar You is a lead-generation service that matches consumers with debt-relief specialists in our partner network. We are not a debt-relief company, lender, debt counselor, or credit counselor. We collect contact information so partner providers can reach you to offer their services.

What we collect

When you complete the qualification form, we collect: your debt range, debt type, first name, last name, email, phone number, and ZIP code. We also receive your IP address, browser type, and the date/time of your submission from our hosting provider.

What we share — important

When you submit the form, we share all of the information you provided with one or more of our partner debt-relief providers so they can contact you. By submitting the form you consent to this sharing and to being contacted by phone, text, and email by Dollar You and the matched partner(s).

We do not sell your data to general marketers. We do not share with anyone outside the debt-relief partner network. We do not share with insurance brokers, mortgage brokers, or any unrelated industry.

TCPA notice

By submitting the form, you provide express written consent to be contacted by Dollar You and one or more partner debt-relief providers at the phone number you provided, including by autodialer, prerecorded message, and SMS, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or asking to be removed on any call.

Retention

We keep submission records for 24 months for compliance and quality control. After that they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion any time by emailing support@dollaryou.com.

Cookies

One session cookie to remember which step of the form you're on. No third-party tracking, no ad pixels, no behavioral profiling.

Your rights

Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data: email support@dollaryou.com. 30-day response. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah residents have additional rights under state law — same email.

Children

Not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
