To opt out of contact

Email us with "OPT OUT" in the subject. We'll remove your record from our system and ask matched partner providers to do the same. To opt out of SMS specifically, reply STOP to any text message from a partner. To opt out of phone calls, ask the caller to add you to their internal do-not-call list.

To request your data

Email "DATA REQUEST" in the subject. We'll send back a copy of everything we have within 30 days.

To file a complaint about a partner provider

Email us with the provider name, the issue, and any reference numbers. We take complaints seriously — providers that generate repeat complaints are removed from our network.
